The service

The service helps users read, understand, and organize institutional research reports and domain research materials.

The current service provides public content browsing, Google and Apple sign-in, app-owned sessions, account deletion, saved-report sync, and reading-history sync.

Accounts

Google and Apple are identity providers only. InCosmos Brief owns the app session and account state.

Do not share access to your account or misuse the service.

We do not automatically link Google and Apple identities based only on a matching email address.

Acceptable use

You may not attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

You may not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute service content at scale or in an unauthorized manner.

You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Research content and no professional advice

The service is provided to help users read and understand research material. It does not provide investment advice, trading signals, securities recommendations, legal advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Intellectual property

The service interface, software, structure, and original materials are protected by applicable laws.

Original research reports, institution names, trademarks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account from the Profile page in the app. When you delete your account, the app-owned account, sign-in identity link, sessions, and synced personal state are removed.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or if required by law or platform policy.

Availability

Features may change during the early production-lite phase. Public content is limited to reviewed display artifacts.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or suitable for your particular purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product, platform requirements, or legal requirements change.

Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
